Freelance Clinical Educator - Self-Employed Role
Exodus Consultancy Services UK Limited are seeking professional and experienced freelance
clinical educators and trainers to join our team on a self-employed basis.
Exodus Consultancy Services UK Limited is a newly established limited company based in
Yorkshire priding ourselves on excellent clinical services and education delivery and leadership
consultancy to the medical field and more.
Ran by a paramedic who is still active in a frontline role and an operational manager both with
extensive NHS and Private Ambulance experience spanning over 10 years. Exodus Consultancy
Services UK Limited are proud to welcome you to our team.
Responsibilities
- To be able to deliver clinical education to a vast number of industries and individuals.
- To be able to plan lessons around the subject area being taught.
- To support clients in their education journey as needed.
- Able to use a variety of equipment to deliver the required training.
- To confidently assess and deliver feedback as required to students.
- Be punctual, professional and knowledgeable always when working for Exodus
Consultancy Services UK Limited. - To report back any concerns or changeable points in a timely manner to management.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role you will need to have the following as a minimum standard:
- Be a health care professional with education delivery experience or a clinical
educator/trainer with a minimum of 3 years teaching experience. - Hold a minimum of Level 3 certificate in Education and Training.
- Hold a minimum of Level 3 CAVA Award.
- Be registered with QualSafe as an instructor.
- Have an up-to-date DBS record (Update service accepted).
- Have your own training equipment – reimbursement given on an individual basis for
equipment used e.g. bandages. - Be self employed as either a Sole Trader or Limited Company.
- Hold the relevant insurances to deliver clinical education.
- Have access to own Laptop and Projector as required.
Please remember this is a SELF-EMPLOYED freelance role and you will be personally responsible for completing your own invoices and tax returns set out by UK Law. Rates of pay will be discussed per course delivery before you accept the course.
