Important Information
All our course bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions. Our full terms and conditions are available for viewing upon request. Please note below some important information from our training Terms and Conditions can be viewed below:
Course bookings are subject to availability, and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your spot, a deposit or full payment must be made. Availability is not guaranteed until payment has been received, so we encourage early booking to avoid disappointment. Once your payment is confirmed, your place on the course will be secured.
The full course fee must be paid no later than 14 days prior to the course start date to secure your place. We accept payments via BACS and card, ensuring a flexible and convenient payment process. Please ensure that payment is received by the specified deadline to avoid any cancellation to your enrolment.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the course if valid photographic identification is not presented upon request at the start of the session. This is to ensure the safety and security of all participants and to verify that all attendees meet the necessary requirements for the course. Please ensure you bring an acceptable form of ID, such as a passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo identification.
All required pre-requisites for the course must be completed and submitted before the course begins. This includes any necessary documentation, certifications, or prior training. Failure to provide the required pre-requisites in a timely manner may result in the delay or cancellation of your enrolment. Please ensure all conditions are met well in advance to avoid any disruptions to your course start date.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone courses if operational circumstances necessitate such changes. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, we will notify delegates as promptly as possible to minimise any inconvenience. However, we are not liable for any costs or losses incurred as a result of changes to the course dates.
You may cancel your course in writing no less than 14 days prior to the scheduled start date to receive a full refund. However, if you are cancelling a bespoke, custom-made training course, you will be liable for any costs incurred by our education team in preparing and developing the course, including labour charges. These charges will reflect the work already undertaken to tailor the course to your specific needs. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date may not be eligible for a refund.
If you cancel your pre-booked course, the following refund policy will apply based on the cancellation period prior to the course start date. Within 14 days, no refund will be issued, and the full course cost remains due. Between 14 and 28 days, 50% of the course cost will be refunded (if already paid), or 50% of the costs remain due. Between 28 and 45 days, the delegate will bear either the deposit amount or 10% of the course cost (whichever is lower). Cancellations made 45 days or more before the course start date will result in a full refund.
