Once you've paid online we'll send you an email confirmation and receipt. A friendly member of staff will then contact you to arrange an appointment for you to visit a phlebotomist at one of our locations. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be confirmed on the next working day.
A qualified phlebotomist will collect your blood test sample/s, which will then be analysed with our national pathology laboratories and your results will be reported to us.
Your appointment should take no longer than 15 minutes.
Yes, please email our team at testing@exodusconsultancy.uk to request a refund. Unfortunately, a £10 cancellation fee will apply if you wish to cancel your blood test. This charge will only apply once you've received and been allocated an appointment date and time.
Reporting times may vary depending on the tests selected. A member of our team will be able to discuss this with you. Please note all reporting times are estimated and can't be guaranteed.
Results are sent to you by email. The email will be encrypted and the password will be sent separately. Results can be posted on request. A copy of you results can also be sent to your healthcare professional on your request.
